The You're IT poem says in words what you feel in your heart for someone who makes a difference in your life.

These one-of-a-kind bookmarks allow you the opportunity to let someone know how much they make a difference in your life. Through a fun game of “Tag – You’re IT,” the bookmarks are passed between people to honor those that make a difference.  Here’s how it works.   You tag someone IT whose has made a difference in your life. You share how and then pass the bookmark on. That person will then tag another person IT, continuing the you-make-a-difference game of tag.
