Q. What impact are students, parents, faculty and schools having by partnering with Janae Bower?

Inspired – is the one theme that all agree is the experience when working with Janae!  Students are inspired to find IT during and after Janae has worked with them. While she has worked with hundreds of students throughout the years, Janae has a special gift being able to connect heart-to heart with each student and leaves a lasting impression on them. Many students share with her how she’s impacted them and one student even dressed as her favorite book character - the IT girl.

Parents often tell Janae when meeting her that they NEED to purchase her books and products because that is all that their children talked about after she came to their school.  At times, Janae will present to parents as well when she works with schools.  These parents share their enthusiasm for IT and ask for advice on how they too can get published.

Text Box: A Win-win partnership is how faculty describe their experience working with Janae. They agree that it’s a great opportunity for students to meet a local author, who not only shares her book publishing experience with them, but shares her life lessons along the way. “This was a great opportunity for us was to have our own one day ‘Author in Residence.’  For students to see the book, meet the author, and even better, have her share her life with them was a valuable learning tool and positive modeling experience,” according to Nancy Rondovde, principal Guardian Angels.

Many schools have benefitted both educationally and financially with Janae Bower’s partnerships. Her generosity and flexibility make her extremely easy to work with. Improving technology and starting an Author in Residence fund are just a couple of examples of what schools have done with the more than $2,000 Janae’s books and products have helped them raise.
