Approach:
Integrate the fundamentals of spirit in the workplace through various methods with employees, leaders and organizations.

Key Accomplishments:
Partnered with a management team to improve working relationships and motivation by providing multiple customized solutions that enhanced team effectiveness, reduced conflicts and improved communications.

Implemented an ongoing spirit-based group in the large corporation designed to explore a variety of topics that maximized potential and increased morale.

Coached teams and leaders resulting in improved communication and collaboration.  Identified strengths, surfaced issues impeding teamwork, and customized interventions using a variety of instruments and techniques including Emotional Intelligence, DISC, and Gallup’s Twelve Questions. 

Developed competency assessment tool and accompanying training sessions to measure spirit in the workplace, providing a foundation and data to show how integrating it impacts organizations’ cultures.

Chaired the American Society for Training & Development Twin Cities Chapter’s Spirit in Work Special Interest Group for five years and developed innovative spirit in the workplace products.
