Change

Whatever change an organization is experiencing --   a new direction, competitive landscape, technology or leadership -- superb execution becomes the measure of how well an organization is performing.  The key ingredient to successful execution is focused energy – employees staying centered on making the change happen.  However, extensive research clearly indicates that during times of change, energy disperses.  Individuals can become overwhelmed or disengaged, putting their energy on hold.

This dynamic presentation explores how to mobilize the energy of the organization by developing strategies for maintaining or restoring the energy of the people within the organization.  Employees will feel engaged and motivated by learning how to more effectively lead themselves through change by gauging their energy level and energy of those around them.
